1. ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Tour Operator acts solely as an intermediary between users and third-party service providers (air or ground transportation, lodging, meals, and other services).

While the Tour Operator is committed to coordinating the mentioned services, it assumes no liability for non-performance by third parties or for unforeseen events such as strikes, weather conditions, delays, natural disasters, quarantines, baggage loss or theft, accidents, illness, or death.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable Peruvian civil and commercial law.


2. PRICES AND MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in operating costs, currency exchange rates, or other external factors beyond the control of the Tour Operator.


3. REGISTRATION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

Booking a travel program implies full acceptance of these terms. Only the services explicitly described in the selected itinerary or package are included. Any service not mentioned shall be considered excluded.


4. PERSONAL DOCUMENTATION

Passengers are solely responsible for having all the required travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, etc.). The Tour Operator shall not be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.


5. BAGGAGE

For ground transportation, the Tour Operator accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of luggage under any circumstances. Passengers are advised to be present during loading and unloading.


6. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

  • For domestic flights, passengers must arrive at least 2 hours before departure.

  • For international flights, passengers must arrive at least 3 hours before departure.

  • Passenger names must match exactly with the official ID or passport used for booking.

  • The Tour Operator is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, or missed connections.


7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations over 30 days before the trip: 70% refund.

  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 15 days before: no refund.

  • Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure (e.g., serious illness or death), subject to evaluation and supporting documentation.

  • Non-refundable third-party costs (such as airfares or prepaid hotel bookings) will not be reimbursed.


8. CLAIMS

All claims must be submitted in writing via email to reservas@viajarmehacefeliz.com, clearly stating the reason, relevant dates, and services affected.


9. ONLINE SECURITY

Our website is protected by SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring that all personal and financial information transmitted is secure and cannot be accessed by third parties.


10. DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, users may access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time. The information collected will be used solely for operational purposes and will never be shared with unrelated third parties.
