Day 1

Pick up at Lima airport and transfer to your hotel in Miraflores.

Day 2

We will begin our tour by picking you up at your hotel. We will enjoy a journey exploring Lima in its three stages: Ancestral Lima, Colonial Lima, and Modern Lima.

Our first stop in the city will be a panoramic view of the “Pucllana Pyramid,” an ancient ceremonial and archaeological center built in the 4th century A.D. and considered a Sacred Village of the Incas. Next, we will head to Lima’s Historic Center, where we will admire what was once the ancient «Lima Cuadrada» and over fifty monuments and colonial buildings. Highlights include the Paseo de la República, San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Municipal Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, and the Basilica Cathedral, among others.

We will continue the tour by visiting the Central Reserve Bank Museum, where we will admire the Collection of Peruvian Treasures, including ceramics, gold objects, and textiles from various pre-Columbian cultures. We will also explore the San Francisco Monumental Complex, which showcases the most significant display of colonial religious art in the Americas. Its main attraction is the visit to the underground crypts known as the Catacombs.

Finally, we will head to the Contemporary Zone of Lima, where we will observe the main buildings and residential areas, such as El Olivar in San Isidro, Miraflores, Larcomar, and the Park of Love.

The Central Reserve Bank Museum is closed to the public on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and all day on Monday.

Day 3

Huacachina

Meeting Point: 05:00 a.m. – We will pick you up from your hotel..
06:00 a.m. – Departure to Paracas beach (approximately 4 hours of travel).
10:00 a.m. – We will arrive at the «El Chaco» port in Paracas. From here, we will board modern speedboats to the Ballestas Islands. During the journey, we will observe the «Candelabro» located in the Paracas Bay. Continuing on our way to the Ballestas Islands, we will pass by the remains of a small dock, a vestige of the peak of guano exploitation in our country. Additionally, we will have the chance to observe the diverse marine wildlife that inhabits this area, including: red-headed vultures, guanays, boobies, cormorants, seagulls, pelicans, Humboldt penguins, and sea lions. Those who choose to stay at the «El Chaco» port can explore this beautiful resort and visit its small artisan fair.

Lunch (Free time)

After lunch, we will head to the city of Ica (approximately 1 hour of travel).
We will visit the Huacachina Oasis, and after the tour, we will embark on an adventure through the Ica desert in dune buggies, going up and down dunes as high as 150 meters. We will also have the opportunity to practice one of the most exciting sports in the area, known as Sandboarding (sand surfing), and during the journey, we will enjoy the stunning sunset in the Ica desert. Those who choose to stay at the Huacachina lagoon can enjoy the tranquility of the place by walking around the surroundings.
Next, we will visit the Nietto artisanal vineyard and winery, where the famous grape brandy, known as Pisco, is made. Here, we will learn about the entire process of its production, guided by an experienced worker from the winery. We will also taste various types of Pisco, wines, and the traditional «cachina» produced by the winery.

5:30 p.m. – Departure to the city of Lima.
11:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. – Arrival in Lima at the original departure location.

Day 4

We will pick you up from your hotel in Miraflores to take you to the Lima airport for your flight to Cusco.

Once in Cusco, we will pick you up and take you to your hotel (We recommend arriving in Cusco before 10:00 AM). Then, we will begin the City Tour, visiting Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the Convent of Santo Domingo. After that, we will visit the archaeological sites near the city of Cusco, including Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay. Overnight stay in Cusco.

Day 5

Sacred Valley of the Incas, Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

We will begin our journey at 7:45 AM, and our guide will explain the new regulations to enjoy our experience at the archaeological sites.

Our first stop will be the Taray viewpoint, where we will have a panoramic view of the entire Sacred Valley.

Next, we will continue to the archaeological park of Pisaq, entering at the first shift at 9:00 AM for a 1 hour and 15-minute tour.

We will then return to the town of Pisaq to observe the goldsmithing work.

The next stop is the city of Urubamba, where we will have lunch at the designated restaurant.

Finally, we will arrive at the Ollantaytambo archaeological park for a 1 hour and 15-minute visit before taking the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town).

Day 6

Machu Picchu

The day will start in Aguas Calientes, where we will board the bus that will take us to the Machu Picchu citadel. We will be there to witness the sunrise, which begins approximately at 6:00 AM. Following that, we will have a guided tour of this impressive site for 2 hours, visiting the Temple of the Three Windows, the Solar Clock, and other significant locations. Afterward, you will have free time to explore areas of your greatest interest on your own.

We will then take the return bus back down to Aguas Calientes to catch the train back to Ollantaytambo, followed by the transfer to your hotel.

Day 7

Rainbow Mountain

We will pick you up from your hotel between 4:20 AM and 4:30 AM. We will take a 2-hour drive, followed by breakfast. Afterward, we will continue for another hour until we reach the starting point of the hike.

The hike will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Upon arrival, you will be able to admire the stunning colors of Rainbow Mountain. Afterward, we will return to the transport to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch.

We will return to the city of Cusco between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

Maximum Altitude: 5080 meters above sea level.

Day 8

The Route of the Sun

Breakfast. Pickup from your hotel in Cusco between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM to head towards Puno. During the trip to Puno, we will visit important places such as Pukara, Sicuani (buffet lunch), followed by Wiracocha, and Raqchi. We will finish the journey with an arrival in Puno at 6:00 PM. Transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9

Puno (Uros Islands and Taquile)

Arrival at the terminal at 5:00 AM. At the scheduled time, we will proceed with the transfer to the start of the tour, which begins at 7:00 AM. At the Puno port (Lake Titicaca), you will board the boat to visit the floating Uros Islands for approximately 45 minutes, where you will experience the customs and craftsmanship of the island. Afterward, we will continue by boat to visit Taquile Island, where we will have lunch in a place with spectacular, ethnic, cultural, and archaeological landscapes.

Following the visit, we will return by boat to the Puno Port. From there, we will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 10

Transfer to Juliaca Airport (Puno) to catch your return flight to Lima.

(We recommend that your return flight to your country be at least 5 hours after the flight from Juliaca to Lima.)
